Designed to fit into a BDU pocket or IFAK pouch, the SIRK is packaged in a clear bag to allow easy visualization of the kit contents while protecting the items from the elements. Having packaged and repackaged items like this hundreds of times, we decided that a re-sealable bag allows you the customer to add or remove whatever you wish, while maintaining the integrity of the bag for future use.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe also added a few additional items by name which are not found in the traditional SIRK kit, based on our experiences - namely TWO sets of gloves, as well as a Survival Blanket to prevent hypothermia and shock related symptoms.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe SIRK features hemostatic gauze providing the latest treatment capability for the rapid control of severely bleeding wounds. Together with critical hemorrhage control, the SIRK also addresses airway and breathing management as well as personal protection.
