Shipping policy

When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within one week and you will receive an automated email with shipping information and your tracking number. If you did not receive your tracking number, please contact us here.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping speed will depend on the carrier and service you select. We generally see faster speeds with UPS Ground over USPS Ground Advantage. This will also depend on your location as we are located in Northern Alabama.

Can you ship to APO/FPO/DPO?

Yes - we ship to your APO/FPO/DPO. Shipping to these locations may take longer than normal. Note that we are not responsible for shipments that don't arrive before you change APO/other location. All orders shipping to APO addresses must ship through USPS.
